Every lesson has English translation to improve your vocabulary. Sohrab was born in Kashan, Iran in 1928. He completed his elementary and secondary education in Kashan and moved to Tehran in 1943 to study at a teachers’ college. He worked as a teacher for a few years, then enrolled as a student in the faculty of fine arts school at the University of Tehran and graduated with honors. Sohrab Sepehri was very talented in fine arts and his paintings were displayed in many European exhibits. His paintings are about nature and one of his paintings was sold in Tehran in 2018. He is one of Iran’s foremost modernist painters. Unfortunately, he moved to England for treatment but he had to return to Tehran because of the progression of his illness. Finally, he passed away in Pars Hospital in Tehran on April 28, 1980. He was buried in Kashan.

Forough Farrokhzad, (December 29, 1934 - February 13, 1967), was a prominent contemporary Iranian poet and documentarian.Forough is the fourth child of Toran Vaziri and Colonel Mohammad Farrokhzad. Other members of his family include his younger brother, Fereydoun Farrokhzad, and his older sister, Puran Farrokhzad. She published five books of poetry, which are among the best examples of contemporary Persian poetry. Forough Farrokhzad died at the age of 32 due to a car overturned.

Forough started her career with the collections of The Captive, Wall and Rebellion in the form of Nimai's poetry. Then getting to know Ebrahim Golestan, a famous Iranian writer and filmmaker, and working with him led to an intellectual and literary transformation in Forough.

When he returned to poetry again, with the publication of another collection, The Rebirth, she aroused widespread praise. Then she published the collection "Let's believe in the beginning of the cold season" to establish her position as a great poet in contemporary Iranian poetry. Forough's works and poems have been translated into English, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish, Japanese, German and Hebrew.
